09/09/16: The sun shone down on the 13 players who contested the last week of the Spoons for 2016. After 20 weeks the two players in contention were given the opportunity to skip a triples rink against each other as a last game shoot out. The winner was John Taylor who helped by Alan Messer and Joe Peters also took the top rink with a 34-6 win. John has had a very good season and is congratulated on his title, the runner up Gerry Davey in his first season at Priory deserves an equal measure of congratulation.
